Artist Statement
Pat Gordon was raised on the Olympic Peninsula and has been capturing the soft, muted colors of local scenes in Watercolor for 10 years, concentrating on painting more intimate glimpses rather than broad sweeps of landscape. Flowers from the garden are another favorite subject, combined in bright medleys of colorful shapes. Lessons are available weekly from September to June at her home studio, located at 346 Glenns Valley Rd in Sequim, Washington. Class size is limited to 4 to maximize individual attention.
