Marlien Hennen has been weaving cedar bark for nearly a decade and continues to make cedar bark dance a new life for us to treasure. The striking and abundant natural beauty of Olympic Peninsula is her source of inspiration giving her numerous ideas, forms, colors, texture etc. She enjoys incorporating a variety of other materials when weaving cedar bark to produce very unique artworks.
